These terms govern your use of ScriptSnap, provided by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662. By using ScriptSnap you agree to them.
What ScriptSnap does
ScriptSnap suggests wording for messages you write to other people. Suggestions are generated by AI and may be imperfect. You decide what to send and you are responsible for it. ScriptSnap is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice; for disputes with real consequences (for example tenancy or employment matters) consider proper advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use ScriptSnap to harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, or to break the law. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the service, including automated use of the free tier.
Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes 3 messages per day and may change. Pro is a subscription billed monthly ($5.99) or yearly ($59.90), or at a discounted price when you use a valid partner code. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page (“Manage subscription”); Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply depending on where you live. If you are in a region with a statutory withdrawal right, it applies; otherwise payments are non-refundable except where required by law, though you can always write to us and we will be fair.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter and of the messages produced for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ScriptSnap available but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how others respond to messages you send, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will tell signed-in users before they take effect.
