Delete your account and data

You can delete your ScriptSnap account at any time. Deleting it removes your account (email and password), your saved situations and conversations, your language setting, your sign-in sessions on every device, and your usage counters. Messages written without an account are not stored.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
3. Confirm with Delete my account. You are signed out and everything is deleted straight away.

A Pro subscription is cancelled separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Before deleting, open Account → Manage subscription to cancel it. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.

Can't sign in?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or email us from the address you signed up with at info@prediturk.com and ask us to delete your account. We delete it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What we keep

Payment records that the law requires us to keep (for example invoices) are kept by our payment provider and no longer linked to your account. See the privacy policy for details.
