Privacy policy

ScriptSnap is operated by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use scriptsnap.bestresult.ai and why. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we show no ads.

What you type

The situations, drafts and replies you enter are sent to our AI provider to write your messages. Free messages are not stored in any account. If you are on Pro and choose “Save situation”, the situation, versions and conversation are stored in your account until you delete them or your account.

Please avoid entering sensitive details you don't need (for example health or financial account numbers). Our AI provider processes text only to produce the response and does not use it to build advertising profiles.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password, your language preference and your saved situations. Payments are handled by Stripe through our payments provider; we never see or store your card details. We receive your subscription status so we can unlock Pro.

Cookies and analytics

We use only functional first-party cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to count the free daily messages, one for checkout and subscription status, and, if you arrive through a partner's link, one that remembers the partner code for the partner program window. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are first-party and aggregate (pages viewed, features used); they do not follow you across other websites. To limit abuse of the free tier we store a daily, salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Partner program

If you arrive through a partner's link or enter a partner code, we share an internal customer number (never your email or messages) and order amounts with our partner program operator so the partner can be credited.

• Hosting, database, email and payments infrastructure (Viski)
• Stripe (card payments)
• Our AI model provider (writing the messages)
• BestResult Partners (partner attribution, no personal content)

Your rights

You can delete saved situations or your whole account at any time from the Account page. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to info@prediturk.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Free-tier usage counters are kept for a short period for abuse prevention. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
